• Requirements:

• Instructions:
  • It is important to backup your latest Rom
  • Be careful to select the recovery for the update.zip
  • In recovery select "install custom zip", or you can rename it first to "update.zip" then select "install update.zip from SD Card"
  • If you came from CM7, the update zip would not remove your data partition, its only removed cache and dalvik-cache.
  • If you upgrading from eclair or froyo, do "Factory reset (full wipe)"
  • Reboot. first boot will take a while and wait for a moment before using it.

This is my first rom(and also my personal) and it's based on stock 2.1

Installation:
1.Download X-Rom
2.Extract the file and place it in sdcard/clockworkmod/backup(i dont know if it work for xrecovery but ill try soon)
2.Enter Clockworkmod(NOTE:Clockworkmod is with back key on my rom)
3.Backup and restore
4.You can backup your rom to use it later or if u are already using 2.1 u can restore data from yours after mine
5.Restore X-Rom
6.Reboot and enjoy

X-Clean

This rom is based on pfonck's 2.1.1.Clean.0.0(thanks pfonck )
I added and replaced the following:
-X-mini theme by achep(looks better and fast now)
-Replaced perfect home with arc launcher
-You will need market from the 2nd post because there is no market updater in system
-Added w8 music player
-69 mb free in system
-~115 mb free ram(with task manager of course )
Install like X-Rom (cwm backup)

Rom for X8

 MiniCM7-2.1.5 and above


Requirements:

• 2.1.1.A.0.6 or later SE firmware and ...015 Baseband.
• Root and CWM Recovery installed.

Instructions:

• Download the latest ROM
• Move MiniCM7-2.x.x-X8.zip to your sdcard
• Move gapps-gb-xxxxxxxx-signed.zip to your sdcard
• Boot to CWM Recovery
• Make a backup in CWM Recovery if you want to restore later
• Select "Factory Reset" in CWM Recovery (no need to do this if you are already running MiniCM7)
• Select "install custom zip from sdcard" in CWM Recovery
• Install MiniCM7-2.x.x-X8.zip to your sdcard
• Install gapps-gb-xxxxxxxx-signed.zip to your sdcard
• Reboot (first boot will take ~1-5 minutes, wait)
• If you don't stick to the above instructions you might get various problems (WiFi, Data traffic, Bluetooth, App2SD etc). In that case, and before reporting an issue, Make sure that your Baseband is ...015 (Settings -> About phone and baseband) and select "Factory Reset" form the top menu of xrecovery & Reboot
